Hello.
It's been several FF releases since I switched from the ESR version
to the standard one. Since then each time I get a Firefox upgrade,
the UI switches back to en-us. I have to manually select my prefered
locale from the preferences menu (that seems to download that locale
event though I already have it installed).
The bug #902595 is also a similar bug.
