Package: src:certificatepatrol

Hereby I declare my intent to request removal of the certificatepatrol from
Debian in unstable. It has already been removed from testing and is
missing in relase 10 ("buster").
Rationale: This package is one of the many affected by the Mozilla
massacer, in other words, it is no longer usable with a Mozilla product
where XUL support has been removed.
While the functionality is missed a lot - I could tell a story about a
phishing attempt I could have detected earlier using that - there is
no hope the package will be made usable again. Upstream showed little
enthusiasm in a rewrite, and an issue about that[1] hasn't shown any
activty in a long time.
So give it final week in case I missed a bit - then let go.
