[...] After discussion on github (https://github.com/magit/magit/issues/4095) preliminary work is being done on this. Transient is now in the NEW queue, and no upload of a git snapshot of magit can happen before it is accepted. Preliminary work for the package are in salsa, but it is a work in progress: I might even change the version number. -- Rémi Vanicat
