I do not consider it a bug. According to copyq usage as described in https://hluk.github.io/CopyQ/ (homepage), it is supposed to start as a tray icon instead of a windowed application. If you find it necessary to start the App as a window or at least get an option to configure to do so, please contact upstream project ( https://github.com/hluk/CopyQ) and express your concern. I consider your report to be a feature request instead of bug report.
