When trying to run the package you obtain this error:

I think that the solution is to include missing package, libtimedate-perl ,that is in the depends package file:
Actual Depends field:
Depends: sysklogd | system-log-daemon, libnet-smpp-perl, alamin-server, perl
Proposed Depends file:
Depends: sysklogd | system-log-daemon, libnet-smpp-perl, alamin-server, perl, libtimedate-perl
Including libtimedate-perl, all works well.
