Package: fglrx-driver Version: 8.23.7-1 Severity: minor The manpage of aticonfig states: -i file, --input=file Select a file to input as the configuration file. Set file to '-' to pipe from standard input. [...] and the same for the --output option. Yet, using -o - or -i - results in "Warning: Could not find configuration file" and files named "-" being created (took me a while to find that one...).
It seems this is just not supported and documentation is wrong? Or did something break this in aticonfig? -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15.2 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages fglrx-driver depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-3 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libstdc++5 1:3.3.6-12 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libx11-6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-4 X Window System protocol client li ii libxext6 6.9.0.dfsg.1-4 X Window System miscellaneous exte ii xserver-xorg 6.9.0.dfsg.1-4 the X.Org X server Versions of packages fglrx-driver recommends: ii fglrx-ker 8.23.7-1+2.6.15.2-10.00.Custom ATI binary kernel module for Linux -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
