As #951806, ruby-serverengine's test freezes. https://github.com/treasure-data/serverengine/issues/104#issue-569207644 However, its test runs on stable (ruby-rspec is 3.8.0c0e1m0s0-1) and freezes with current ruby-rspec version 3.9.0c1e0m1s2-1 on stable.
