Hello Chris,
foomatic-ppdfile is not able to build ppd files anymore
and it is not possible to add new printers.
It works fine after downgrading foomatic-db to 20060113-1
I am unsure what is the righ way to invoke foomatic-ppdfile
directly but I get
% foomatic-ppdfile -d gutenprint -p Epson-Stylus_Pro_9000
