Dear Maintainer, Since kernel 4.5, SO_REUSEPORT was somewhat broken for UDP when [1] landed. The fix for this was backported to the 4.19 series in 4.19.75 [2]. However, both kernels available on Debian oldstable (4.9.189 and 4.19.67) are affected by the problem. It would be great if the backports oldstable kernel could be upgraded to 4.19.75 or later (like what was done for the stable kernel) so that a fix is available in oldstable.
