Thank you for reporting the issue. It is weird indeed and, as far as I can
tell, completely unnecessary. It is a historical thing that I've inherited
from previous maintainer and never looked into. I can only guess why he
introduced build-dependencies on -doc packages... Re-building the package
without them makes no difference so I will remove those needless dependencies
in the next upload.
