I honestly don't know what you expect out of this bug report. There is a clear error message why the installation failed, but maybe you just didn't see it among all the other messages: > Unpacking replacement linux-image-2.6.15-1-686 ... > dpkg: error processing > /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-image-2.6.15-1-686_2.6.15-8_i386.deb > (--unpack): > failed in buffer_write(fd) (9, ret=-1): backend dpkg-deb during > `./lib/modules/2.6.15-1-686/kernel/drivers/usb/serial/cypress_m8.ko': No > space left on device > dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe) No space left on device... you need to remove some stuff from your hard drive. > *-disk:1 > description: ATA Disk > product: Maxtor 6Y160P0 > vendor: Maxtor > physical id: 1 > bus info: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > logical name: /dev/hdb > version: YAR41BW0 > serial: Y41QQRLE > size: 152GB That's the bug. Obviously 152 GB are not big enough. ;-) -- Martin Michlmayr http://www.cyrius.com/ -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
