There's now support for ppc64el as well.

And that's the complete list: amd64 arm64 ppc64el, as there's no kernel
support for persistent memory on any other architecture, nor there's any
rumour anyone is working on that -- either in software or hardware.  Thus,
no new arch will be added to the list in foreseable future.

As you seem to care a lot about Ubuntu, the new dependency (libpmem-dev) has
just been approved for MIR (LP#1790856).  And, the person who's doing
adapting work had problems because of no pmem support in qemu...
