The tophat binary package depends on samtools, but samtools is no longer built for s390x due to "htslib FTBFS on big-endian systems" https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=947462 Please remove the s390x binary package for tophat so that samtools can migrate to testing. Thanks!
