Bug#948783: gambas3: FTBFS: error: 'ABSTIMEOID' undeclared (first use in this function)

I fixed the problem upstream and have already prepared a package
containing that upstream version: #947174. Unfortunately, it introduces
a new binary package so that it has to pass throught NEW. As a DM I
cannot upload it there myself but if you like you can do it.
