The neomutt manual.txt.gz claims NNTP is supported, and documents
all the NNTP-related variables that can be set, functions that can
be bound, etc., and even provide a sample neomuttrc for use with
NNTP.
But the patch is not actually applied according to neomutt -v and
the binds, variables used in the sample neomuttrc do not work:
$ neomutt -v | grep nntp

see +nntp there but missing is "--enable-nntp"
