Fix blocked by 937033: mgltools-scenario2: Python2 removal in sid/bullseye
mgltools-scenario2 is in non-free and chances that somebody will care
soon are not very high. I'd consider it sensible to ignore this rdepends
and remove Python2 support from python-simpy.
