Bug#946582: silx: autopkgtest regression: pocl error

Followup-For: Bug #946582

I can reproduce the error in the silx tests in sid. This could be
related to pocl being rebuilt for the hwloc 1->2 transition.

I'm trying to get a minimal pyopencl testcase from the silx maintainers
(#946422).
