Package: libclustalo-doc Version: 1.2.4-2 Filename: /usr/share/doc/libclustalo-doc/api/html/jquery.js
libclustalo-doc contains Doxygen generated documentation and thereby ships a jquery.js. Unfortunately, what is called jquery.js is not jquery, but an amalgamation of jquery-based libraries. Refer to /usr/share/doc/doxygen/README.jquery for details. Replacing this file breaks its functionality. Removing it would be a better option that replacing it with something entirely different.
