Looks like that was my bad -- I noticed that 2.8-0.1 installed libltdl files
and 'dealt' with that in 0.2 and 0.3, but forgot to add a Build-Depends on
libltdl3-dev. I just did that in a 0.4. As I've missed the window for
today's push, this can now wait a few hours but I should upload it tonight.
Stephen: Lemme know if you want me to make any other changes...
