No, All packages that use python have removal blocks already filed, and those bugs should be marked as blocking migration of boost.
It will take a while for boost to migrate. There are only a few applications, a few dual py2/py3 packages, and majority already scheduled to be removed from the archive with RC bugs. All the broken packages, are RC buggy themselves already. Anything that is using py2 is RC buggy. And e.g. ledger, I started porting it locally. The buggy app here is ledger.
