That is because after rebuild /usr/games/2048-qt is no longer linked against libQt5Gui.so.5 at all. As I can see in the previous build log [1], it was already unused (dpkg-shlibdeps warned that the dependency is useless). So it is probably a side-effect of build system changes in Qt 5.12. Now it passes the path to library (e.g. /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libQt5Gui.so) instead of -lQt5Gui, so the linker ignores that if the library is unused. So the result on tracker is correct.
