Yeah. We noticed. These got into testing a bit earlier than planned. Sorry about that, but we're trying to push the fixed evolution and friends from unstable into testing asap. If you can install evolution, evolution-data-server, gtkhtml3.8 and libgtkhtml3.8-15 from unstable, the problem will be solved by it self.
