I tested your packages on my plain buster installation.
The sources list needs some tweaking:
deb https://people.debian.org/~micha/PSD2/
experimental-buster-backports/
Did an:
aptitude -t experimental-buster-backports install gnucash
And additionally (wasn't sure which packages are needed):
aptitude -t experimental-buster-backports install libchipcard6
libchipcard-data libchipcard-libgwenhywfar78-plugins libchipcard-tools
With the new packages installed (incl. coping of aqbanking settings) I was able
to fetch accounting data from my "Sparkasse" via HBCI with chipcard and
ReinerSCT chipcard reader.
One problem remains on my environment:
The assignment of online (bank) account to gnucash account isn't stored
correctly. In aqbanking management (via gnucash) the assignment can be done but
next time I fetch accounting info I have to select (gnucash) account again.
In the past, this assignment was only done/needed one-time.
