the lwresd daemon that has been providing functionality for this libnss module has been deprecated by upstream (ISC) since BIND 9.12. See https://www.isc.org/blogs/bind-9-12-0-alpha/ for more details. The lwresd package and library has been removed from buster BIND 9 package already. Therefore it's best to remove this package from Debian. Thanks, Ondrej
