Package: unclutter-startup
Version: 8-22
Severity: serious
Hi,
I am not sure whether this is the failure of unclutter-startup or
debconf, so please reassign if necessary.
unclutter-startup cannot --configure properly and always terminates with
post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 10
The postinstall script is indeed trivial and it somehow hangs in the
debconf code:
$ bash -x /var/lib/dpkg/info/unclutter-startup.postinst configure
+ set -e
+ . /usr/share/debconf/confmodule
++ '[' '!' '' ']'
++ PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1
++ export PERL_DL_NONLAZY
++ '[' '' ']'
++ exec /usr/share/debconf/frontend
/var/lib/dpkg/info/unclutter-startup.postinst configure
I am not really sure why debconf frontend fails, though ...
Best
Norbert
