I made a first attempt at packaging v1.0.0, which is available on a packaging repository I created to facilitate collaboration: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/gparted/merge_requests/1 @Phillip: If you have the time/availability, I would greatly appreciate if you could check and comment on that merge request. Given the lack of activity on the package, I'm also taking the liberty to: - prepare an upload to experimental, so people can confirm their bugs are addressed by the new version (esp. #883812) ; - do an NMU to sid if you do not answer within a few weeks.
