Hmm.... What about using dh_makeshlibs, but then putting something
like this:
echo udeb: libblkid 1 libblkid1-udeb >> debian/libblkid.shlibs
echo udeb: udeb: libuuid 1 libuuid1-udeb >> debian/libuuid.shlibs
in the debian/rules file? Would that work?
