Fsck. I just made two uploads yesterday.
I'm sure that will break the builds as configure is likely to find g77 before
f2c unless I tell it otherwise. [ checking ] Well I seem to do that
explicitly in debian/rules. Let's hope for the best.

* debian/control: For r-base-dev, switched from the black magic
"g77 | m68k, f2c | not+m68k, type-handling" to "g77, f2c" as
type-handling no longer allows this (Closes: #296287)
This will get changed with the next upload. I changed the severity to minor
as r-base-dev is just a courtesy depends package for local R package building
and doesn't impact normal R builds or use.
