Thanks for fixing this bug. Looking at the debdiff between 1.30-1 and
1.30-2, though, one can see:
-Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 4.0.0), librsync-dev, libsqlite0-dev,
libgnutls-dev, bison, flex
+Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 4.0.0), librsync-dev, libsqlite0-dev,
libgnutls-dev, bison, flex, netbase (>=4.25)
With no further changes to debian/control. As I understand it, the
dependency has to be a runtime one, not a build-dependency (so that
the final result is the same as with the maintainer scripts).
