Your bug report if void of any relevant information. We cannot do anything about this unless you make a bit more effort in debugging this yourself first, submitting some more info about what logs say, what error messages you see, what your setup is like etc. Ideally you would send a list of steps we can take to reproduce the problem, so we can see it ourselves, debug it locally and verify if any potential fix solved it or not.
