Unfortunately, I am unable to do a transactions with abtransfers,
and get the error below from the Berlin Volksbank (hbci11.fiducia.de).
9050::Die Nachricht enthält Fehler.+9075::Starke Kundenauthentifizierung
notwendig.+9800::Dialog abgebrochen+9340::Auftrag abgelehnt.
Other people report this issue with other banking software [1].
Do you know more what is going on? Reading bug #934905 [2], there is
European Payment Service Directive (PSD2). Is that the corresponding
error?
