i totally agree that this is bad. Please see https://bugs.debian.org/913446 for the discussion Fabian (in cc) and i had around trying to make this robust. Sorry that we haven't succeeded in avoiding all the sharp edges, hopefully we can get the particular breakage figured out. Note that if you don't want any attempt to reload the module, you can always just install wireguard-dkms and wireguard-tools directly, and leave the wireguard metapackage uninstalled. Regards, --dkg
