Hi,
Thank you for taking care of amanda in Debian.
I use it to backup a small network of servers, and as part of the process, I
run amcheckdump to verify that the dumps can be restored.
Since the upgrade to buster, the /var/log partition on the amanda server
started to fill up, and the reason seems to be that amcheckdump creates 0.5G
debug files there.
I am working around this with a cron job, but it would be nice if those huge
debug files are created only when requested.
