Package: debhelper
Version: 12.2.3
Severity: normal

Hi,

dh_installchangelogs manpage does not describe which files are
considered as upstream changelog.

Looking at the code, it seems that it looks for files named changelog,
changes and history with different extensions (.txt .md .rst).

Kind regards,

Laurent Bigonville
