Package: thunderbird
Version: 1:60.8.0-1~deb10u1

When I invoke `thunderbird' from an ordinary shell prompt I get two errors:
- the error in the shell says: "Error: Access was denied while trying to
open files in your profile directory"
- the graphic error in a window says: "Your thunderbird profile cannot be
loaded. It may be missing or inaccesible"

I have investigated the problem and it comes from using a home directory
called /home2 (mount point of a second disk) instead of /home (mount point
of the main disk). This happens even if /etc/passwd states that /home2/user
is the home of user.

I have done several tests to check if /home2/user had contents that could
prevent the start, but this is not the case. I have switched the mount
points /home and /home2 and changed /etc/passwd accordingly and Thunderbird
started working on /home/user with the content it had in /home2/user.

  I am using 4.19.0-5-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.37-5 (2019-06-19) x86_64
GNU/Linux and libc6:amd64 2.28-10

 Cheers
