since Debian buster "systemctl enable corosync-qdevice.service" fails with an error related to SysV runlevels: "update-rc.d: error: corosync-qdevice Default-Start contains no runlevels, aborting." This is the same issue reported for Ubuntu here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/corosync-qdevice/+bug/1809682 On the linked thread it is mentioned that the bug doesn't occur on Debian stretch, but since buster the issue occurs there too.
