dgit currently has duplicated list of suite name to distro name
mappings, in its default config.

dgit should be able to use distro-info-data in the absence of a config
setting; and the existing duplicated data in the default configuration
should probably be retired.  (The facility to augment the mapping with
config settings should be retained.)
