I add some more info.
On gnome when try to on -off device not trigger rfkill event on order to
unblock adapter.
When try to on off main button wich start stop bluetooth device can connect on
audio device, and rfkill is unlocked:

Examining source code src/rfkill.c when make on off from main button, adapter
restore power.
