Dear Maintainer,

$ man 7z
...
-p{Password}
              Set Password (NOTE: this flag does not work with 7z,

-r[-|0]
              Recurse subdirectories (CAUTION: this flag does not do what you
think, avoid using it)
...
$ man 7za
...
-p{Password}
              Set Password (NOTE: this flag does not work with 7za,

-r[-|0]
              Recurse subdirectories (CAUTION: this flag does not do what you
think, avoid using it)
...
$

Here in both the manual pages, documentation for -p flag is incorrect. The -p
flag indeed works with 7z and 7za.

e.g.
$ 7z a -pbar foo.7z foo.jpg
