We reported the following type of recurring crashes two months ago to
upstream.

Jun 17 09:20:48  systemd[1]: unbound.service: Scheduled restart job,
restart counter is at 1.
Jun 17 09:20:48  systemd[1]: Stopped Unbound DNS server.
Jun 17 09:20:48  systemd[1]: Starting Unbound DNS server...


Yesterday (2019-06-17) they released a fixed version:

It would be great if debian could incorporate the fixes
by upgrading buster packages to unbound 1.9.2
