This is going to be a surprise: I need to parse syslog messages from
cisco devices, and they look bad using the standard parser (which, again
surprise, is probably the reason someone bothered to write a custom
one).

I'd like to point out that the online documentation does list
'pmciscoios' but not 'pmcisconames':

Also I'm having a really bad user experience because you didn't enable
modules that don't even need further dependencies just because no user
asked for it yet (and provided a justification for it). Which means it
will take years until I can use it in debian stable.
