If openjdk-11 gets unblocked for Buster, it would be preferable to allow 11.0.3+7-4 to migrate (the actual 11.0.3 GA release we need in Buster) and not 11.0.4+2-1 which is an intermediary release that won't be finalized until July. I guess this requires an upload to testing-proposed-updates, right? Emmanuel Bourg
