Adds syntax highlighting as well as the ability to build the image directly (C-c C-b) from the buffer. ---- This is very useful to edit Dockerfiles - without this, editing Dockerfiles is just plain text and is slightly annoying. The MELPA repo is broken so presumably some work is needed there: https://github.com/spotify/dockerfile-mode/issues/44
