cannot build distribution with simple-cdd. This used to work fine (last
successful execution in March 2019), but most recent build for creating custom
distribution in May 2019 fails due to expired key

cd to /tmp
build-simple-cdd
* What was the outcome of this action?
build-simple-cdd exits with following error:
