nut-driver.service fails to start at boot, because no resolver is
available.
Restarting nut-driver works and establishes a connection.
There is no local resolver. dig shows that its contacting the dns server
on our network. We are using resolveconf.
nut-driver probably only misses a dependency for a resolver, but I have
no idea how to do that.
