Package: xsnow
Followup-For: Bug #439805

Dear Maintainer,

As other people noted: xsnow 1.42 does not behave well in GNOME and KDE.

I made a newer version which runs fine on GNOME, KDE and also
on FVWM-like desktops.

The source, including a debian directory, is available from this page:
https://www.ratrabbit.nl/ratrabbit/content/xsnow/downloads

I am willing to take over maintainership from you, but you
can also upload the new version to Debian.

Regards,

Willem Vermin
