Despite the use of deb-multimedia packages which we don't maintain. Anyway I assume that you have an alsa config flying around in your system which resets your mixer status at each login. Just create another user and try with that virgin environment. I don't want to know details of your system, but I think you have to cleanup your installation a bit ;-) So I tag this bug as wontfix hereby.
