Package: mc
Version: 1:4.6.1-1
Severity: wishlist

How much trouble would it be to allow backgrounding of
delete/copy/move/... operations? It's really tiresome to wait for
the delete dialog box to disappear, especially when it makes me
think that the screen I/O consumes a lot of the time.

Thanks for consideration!
