I can no longer update my system, install, or uninstall packages.

I want to update my system, install packages, or uninstall packages.
The commands used are:
System update
apt update && apt full-upgrade
Package installation
apt update && apt install <package name>
Uninstalling packages
apt purge <package name> && apt autoremove --purge

I have carried out the commands listed above.

The installation causes the following error.
