Package: dracut Version: update-initramfs Severity: normal This has happened on multiple x86 installations, both 32 bit and 64 bit. It only happens on first shutdown after new a kernel installation. Searching internet finds similar complaints, but no solutions, or existing bug reports that specify UID 0, or 120 seconds instead of 90 seconds of delay, and they are all stale, e.g. 2 years old.
